Paint System and Powder Coating Line Enclosures

PortaFab modular wall and ceiling systems are perfect for creating enclosures for inline paint systems and powder coating lines. The wall systems are pre-engineered to join with ceiling, floor, and mechanical components to provide constant positive pressure, particulate control, and uniform temperature and humidity.

For powder coating enclosures, smooth interior wall surfaces are available with anti-static panels that minimize the attraction of powder coatings making the booths more efficient and easier to clean.

Typical enclosures utilize aluminum stud systems and various different types of wall panels that can be used in conjunction with solvent recovery systems to control volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

PortaFab walls can also accommodate custom conveyor openings and be easily moved to expand or move equipment in and out of completed units.
